What should be the settings for d*sh500 legacy dual lnb's through diseqc 4x1. And 1 DP lnb.

In the options diseqc, what should it be. Universal,backstack,legacy,other ? and what settings should be used: 11250000 0 1125000 ? or SW =?

It's kinda obvious:

"NA legacy" for Single/Dual legacy LNB (with default LOF)
"NA Bandstacked DishPro Ku-Hi (DBS)" for Single/Dual DP LNB (with default LOFs)

Diseqc inputs should be selected according to your connections (which LNB goes to which input of your switch).

fyi: legacy switches are not supported by DD (don't use legacy Twin with integrated switch)
