Hello I use a TT-1500C DVB-C card, QAM64 is detected ok, but QAM256 transponders not found.
Can I adjust transponder ini, are somthing else to add QAM256.

Yes this works. Copy C:\Programme\dvbdream\Transponders\5000.ini to 5001.ini. Adjust Line 2 of 5001.ini to 1=5001. Add a new Settings->Frequenz List with 5001.ini with 256 (value 7) QAM.
