Editing timeshift question

Hi

Can we edit the timeshift file to extract some tv shows?
If it is yes so why there is no PAT nether PMT
I could get some success with dgindex software but always there was no PAT or pids except when i use raw pids!

Can I get some help with it and why there is no pat in it ?

and further question how many pids for audio can be extracted?
