driver or lnb setting problem?

Ive managed to confuse myself to the point im now about to throw in the towel so im asking for any help i can get. Im working on a xp home setup running a twinhan 1020 card. I was using a DP lnb which scanned great but lost channels so i thought it might be a problem switching sats. I then bought a chieta diseqc switch and had two dual legacy lnbs, i hooked port 1 on each lnb to a corresponding port on the diseqc ( port 1 first lnb to port 1, port 1 second lnb to port 2 ) port two on each lnb went to a sw21 for my legacy ird which is working fine. I then scanned 119 and got poor quality , missing several transpnders , i then scanned 110 and got the same thing. I noticed that the channels i did scan turned out where all on 110 , even the ones i scanned from 119 where actually on 110 ( duplicates ). So obviously its some sort of switching problem between sats, ive changed the lnb settings so many times its ridiculous ive spent 5+ hours a night for the past 6 days trying to get this going.

After doing some reading i saw something about if your using a diseqc you need to be running wdm drivers but i thought dd used bda drivers so now i dont know whats right and whats wrong. Im not even sure what drivers im running or how exactly to find out ( i know how to change them though ) Oddly enough i uninstalled dd last night completely deleteing the directory then reinstalled DD and DDepg and suddenly i got full 5+ day guide where normally on the DP lnb i only got 2 hours. So ive at least accomplished one goal now if i could only get the scans right id be happy.

Current LNB set up is

diseqc v 1.0 /v 2.0
port 1 sat 119
na legacy
raw diseqc blank
controlled by lof-sw "off"
uncommitted "disabled"

diseqc v 1.0 /v 2.0
port 2 sat 110
na legacy
raw diseqc blank
controlled by lof-sw "off"
uncommitted "disabled"

use WDM drivers for 1020a , it should work just fine. BDA drivers wont with diseqc on DD
