hi,

i'm struggling with this. i've used dvbdream for quite a long time and i prefer it over other software, but now i've got to dishes and a diseqc 2.0 and i have to use progdvb because dvbdream doesn't get the channels from the new satellite through the diseqc and lifeview trio.

i've tried with different drivers, and even the newest bda.dev files that appear in this forum, but it still doesn't work.

i've tried to setup mini-diseqc and diseqc 1.0 and 2.0. I've also tried to use raw commands, like these ones:

E0 10 38 F0 for port 1
and E0 10 38 F4 for port 2

and nothing...


the two satellites are ASTRA1A/1C (19.2E) and ASTRA2A/EUROBIRD1 (28,2E)

Could you help me setting dvbdream? is it a bug? something not implemented yet?

anyway... how could i help? i'm not really an expert on this matter, but because i really think that dvbdream is great i want to help you to build the support for this card which i think many dvbdream users have.

As i said, i'm not a dvb expert, but am a computer engineer, so you can ask me any kind of information you need and i'll try to find it.

If i have to run some script on my machine to get hw details from the card.. .just ask. or maybe we could get this information from other software which already has diseqc support for this card? right now i'm running two different programes in which diseqc 2.0 works.
