I want to be able to flip through all my channels with my remote and I just realized they have to be in the remote list to be able to do this. The thing is it would take forever to move all the channels over one by one, is there an easier way?

Use the shift and ctrl method on the keyboard. Once they are all highlighted right click and copy & paste to remote.
