Diseq Settings for Astra 19.2E and Hotbird 13.0E

HI
I need [b]Diseq Settings[/b] for [i]Astra 19.2E[/i] and [i]Hotbird 13.0E[/i].
I make all combinations and I recieve only [b]Hotbird 13.0E[/b].
I think that my TV Card ([b][color=red]FlyTV Express X1 MST-STA2[/color][/b]) is not supported by DVBDream!
And I think that [b]bda.dev[/b] (driver) is incorect!
Is there a way to solve the problem?
