DVB dream 1.4i and Lifeview Trio don't work in 19.2 est

Hello friend, my name is john.
I have a problem with my dvb-s, it's a LIFEVIEW TRIO(713x BDA DVB-S Tuner).
I have the diseq for hotbird(13 est) and astra(19.2) but the channel's astra dont't work. This problem I always had both with the current version 1.4i with both the old (example 1.3c). My SO is Windows XP (32bit) and WIndows VISTA (32bit).
ProgDVB and in the original software (LIFEVIEW) work for both Hotbird for Astra. Unfortunately I do not like those programs and I would only use DVB Dream. You know how to solve the problem?
