wrong channels, Free HD channel & DiseqC..

1) Hello, i find wrong channels at wrong frequencies. Only if i make restart of the computer i can find the right one. At the same time i find the correct channels with progDVB.

2) i have 45% level and 100 Quality on this channel but i dont see any picture or sound. i have installed H.264 codec on my machine. What can be the problem??
My vga card is the Sapphire HD ati 3870 512MB..

3) The program takes only 4 lnbs with diseqc, am i doing something wrong?

and the problem continues.. i make autoscans to a second satellite that i have set up, which has 80% signal level at a atom 9000 (external reciever), and i get continuously duplicated channel at all first frequences.. i stopped after a while the procedure.. :S
