hi, im a newbie when it comes to this stuff so i have a question:

now i have a VisionPlus TwinHan TH1030A with CI card, and so if i download dvbdream can i just watch satellite television without anything else or do i also need one of those CAM or Smart card things?

also if i need a CAM or Smart card then after i buy one do i recieve satellite tv (that it offers) for free forever or do i have to renew something every couple of months.

for example the Reality CAM - do i get satellite tv forever.

thank you.

With this DVB-S card you can watch all FTA channels without using a PCMCIA Conditional Access Module.

A CAM is needed to insert a pay-tv card in it, in order to watch pay-tv channels with your subscriber card from a satellite tv provider.

This CAM must be compatible with the subscriber card your provider uses, and also with your DVB-S PCI card.
