Skystar USB 2 not recognized...

I have a new Skystar USB 2

and DVBDream not show any cards during install.
This new card use driver similar to Skystar 2 PCI (network controller, setup4pc, wdm .sys, bla bla bla...) but probably 1.4i need adjustment..
Anyone have this problem too?
