40 second channel change

Hi all looking for a bit of help here please when i use dvbdream it takes about 40 seconds to switch channel i dont know what to do is it a setup thing or is it asoftwear problem.
Maybe it is a clock thing...
Not much information to go on. but here goes...
Try these simple tests
No switch
No plugins
Different satellite card
Different LNB
Reaim the dish
Change the cable ends for high quality compression connectors
Ground the dish properly
Try other satellite programs
Post your settings
Try on another computer
Install the known good working codec filters
Don't install a lot of codec filters
Learn what filters Dvbdream is using for playback (not what you have selected)
