skystar hd2 y mot sat 3

Hi everybody
I have a skystar HD-2 and program DVBdream, connected to engine sat 3, but I do not manage to move the engine.
I have installed ss2disequeq of MIBI, but I do not manage to move it.
Since it(he,she) have to of doing it, though I have understood that for USALS this program does not work.
It(he,she) might do it otherwise, for Disecq 2. I am grateful for your help
