hauppauge hvr 4000 problem with motor - it's firm - help me

Hi
I have a problem whit my sat-pci hauppauge hvr 4000 and dvbdream 1.4i.
I cannot drive the engine (motor SD3m12).
I configured dvbdream and I tried with usals or only enable positioner but the SD3m12 remains firm.
Can you help me please?
