DPP + skywalker-1 + DD = a lot of frustration for 7 days

Please help me. I'm at the point of giving up and thinking there's something wrong with this skywalker-1 and might need to send it back.
I have:
1. Dish 500 with DP Single LNB - 129
2. Dish 500 with DPP twin lnb - 110 and 119
3. Sat 129 is going to the "LNB in" port of the DPP twin lnb
4. Port 1 of the DPP twin lnb is going to a Dish Dual Tuner to provide power because I'm scared that the skywalker-1 ain't gonna cut it
4. Port 2 of the DPP twin lnb is going to skywalker-1
I can scan 110, 119, 129 just fine but don't get all channels. That's another story. The main point is on each satelite, I can only watch a very small numbers of channels. For example on 110: i can only watch ESPN, HDNET, TNT, HDTHR, WGN. On 119: i can watch some local channels from some place I don't even know. On 129: I can watch SMITH, KUSA, KDVR, ACTMAX. There's probably a few more channels that in SD that I forgot to mention but roughly you get the idea.
Now, how do I correct scan this thing so I can #1 get all TPs to work. #2 how can I watch all of the channels were found during the scanning.
I am running XP MCE 2005 SP3, Intervideo codecs for both audio and video, coreavc 1.8 pro, arcsoft avc. I have ATI HD 2400 Pro so can't used Nvidia Pure Decoder. That thing crashes non-stop.
I think I pulled enough hair out of my head. Will have to return this back to Genpix on Monday. If you have any other advices please do let me know. I greatly appreciate your help.
