DPP + skywalker-1 + DD = a lot of frustration for 7 days

Please help me. I'm at the point of giving up and thinking there's something wrong with this skywalker-1 and might need to send it back.

I have:

1. Dish 500 with DP Single LNB - 129
2. Dish 500 with DPP twin lnb - 110 and 119
3. Sat 129 is going to the "LNB in" port of the DPP twin lnb
4. Port 1 of the DPP twin lnb is going to a Dish Dual Tuner to provide power because I'm scared that the skywalker-1 ain't gonna cut it
4. Port 2 of the DPP twin lnb is going to skywalker-1

I can scan 110, 119, 129 just fine but don't get all channels. That's another story. The main point is on each satelite, I can only watch a very small numbers of channels. For example on 110: i can only watch ESPN, HDNET, TNT, HDTHR, WGN. On 119: i can watch some local channels from some place I don't even know. On 129: I can watch SMITH, KUSA, KDVR, ACTMAX. There's probably a few more channels that in SD that I forgot to mention but roughly you get the idea. So I would say about 90% of all the channels that were found during scanning are all black screen. Only about 5 or 6 channels per Sat can be view. I'm frustrated and and I'm tired of these black screen. I see Signal level and Quality level in DD around 80% to 90% for each channel that has a black screen.

Now, how do I correct scan this thing so I can #1 get all TPs to work. #2 how can I watch all of the channels were found during the scanning.

I am running XP MCE 2005 SP3, Intervideo codecs for both audio and video, coreavc 1.8 pro, arcsoft avc. I have ATI HD 2400 Pro so can't used Nvidia Pure Decoder. That thing crashes non-stop.

I think I pulled enough hair out of my head. Will have to return this back to Genpix on Monday. If you have any other advices please do let me know. I greatly appreciate your help.

SkyWalker-1 (as all DVB-s cards) does not do signal decriptiong or vedeo/audio decoding.
All it does is: tune to requested transponder, and pass entire transport stream to PC.
And its job is done at that point.

If you receive transport stream without errors (look at signal statistic, do you see Continuity Errors (CE) there?), SkyWalker-1 is working fine.

I think I fixed it. Still have some minor issues but at least I can watch TV now.

The fix?

1. remove the POS XP MCE 2005
2. install vista 32-bit premium
3. install windvd 8 trial
4. install hdpack 1.7

That's all needed to get it working. No other codec needed. Now, question for you pros out there:

diseq setting: none, dp ku-hi, uncomm disable, 22hz off, raw command: e0 11 38 fa (129, works beautifully), e0 11 38 f6 or f4 (110 don't work), e0 11 38 f0 or f2 (119 don't work), please help!
