Help with Skystar 2 HD PCI card & DVBDream settings

I have been pationtly reading lot of posts from this forum and abouit 4 different other trying to get my Skystar 2 HD PCI card to work with DD. but i have no success so i am writing here hoping someone can help me figur out the correct settings.

This is what i have...

4 Single Dishpro LNB’s with dual output connect to an EMP-Centauri brand DISEqC 4x1 switch with following settings.

Port 1 - Nimiq 1,3 (82.0W)
Port 2 - Nimiq 2 (91.0W)
Port 3 - Echostar 10, 11 (110.0W)
Port 4 - Echostar 7 (119.0W)

This is connected to a ViewSat Extream working perfectly with the following configuration.

SATELLITE: EchoStar 7 119.0W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: Standard
LNB Freq.: 11250
22KHz: off
TP Freq.: 12239
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 4
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

SATELLITE: EchoStar 10, 11 110.0W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: Standard
LNB Freq.: 11250
22KHz: off
TP Freq.: 12224
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 3
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

SATELLITE: Nimiq 2 91.0W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: Standard
LNB Freq.: 11250
22KHz: off
TP Freq.: 12224
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 2
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

SATELLITE: Nimiq 1, 3 82.0W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: Standard
LNB Freq.: 11250
22KHz: off
TP Freq.: 12224
DiSEqC 1.0: Port 1
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Here is the information for my HTPC System

DVB Card - Skystar 2 HD PCI card
Drivers – Original driver from the CD v1.1
CPU – AMD Phenom X4 2.60 GHz
MEM – 4 GB
O/S – Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit

If i use LOF1 11250000, SW 12700000 and LOF2 1125000
I could get good signal (upto 70%) and good quality (98%) but when i scan all i get is NO SIGNAL or NOTHING FOUND

What am i doing wrong and what am i missing? I have the latest transponder ini files loaded already.

any help would greatly appriciated.

Having the same issue... it will show there is a good signal... but a scan returns now channels.

are you also using Vista 64-bit?
