As per subject. How do I record two different channels from the same mux from command line.

That would be really useful.

As a quick workaround for this, could we get a shortcut for PIP->Channel->record menu item?

Is command line the only way to control a running instance of DD?
Is there windows messages / COM automation available?

you must wait for the cmd line to support PIP.

it is possible to control DD using windows messages of ModuleSDK, nevertheless PIP control is not yet available on that too. (next version probably will support PIP control/record)
