Hello,

I just installed DVBDream and I performed a manual scan on 5 multiplexes and all of them return the same channels (while channels should be different on each multiplex). Could you help me please?
Thanks,

Similar here. When I scan (automatically or manually) for the first time after installation of the program, it always gives me the same 4 channels (which here in Germany can be found on one frequency of the DVB-T transponder) over and over again. They are all in good quality, however, they appear as often in the channel list as the frequencies that were scanned, e.g. up to 20 times. All the other 22 channels are not found at all. Checked with the German forum www.dvbdream.de, but to no avail as it seems to be down all the time. Can anybody help? Drivers have been installed properly.

Scanning reports always same channels (DVB-T)

Hello All

Same problem ...
I'm from north Italy and using DD 1.4i on a Hybrid card (DVB-S & DVB-T are both correctly recognized).
With DVB-S and DVB-S2 I had no problem.

But when I try to do a full scan with DVB-T, in the better case, only the same five or six TV channels are found on all frequencies, so then these chans appear in the channel list many times as how much are the frequencies scanned.
Note that the only way to get work the above scan was to delete the DVB-S transponder file from the diseqc port and leave only a the DVB-T ini (4000 series).
I have also checked all the right italian frequencies for DVB-T and created 2 different ini files (in italy we have VHF @ 7Mhz and UHF @ 8Mhz) named respectively "4003.ini" and "4004.ini" as follow:

Code: Select all

I've loaded the 4003.ini @ 8Mhz and the 4004.ini @ 7Mhz.

The strange was that scanning with both ini file the found channels were ever the same (all RAI TP channels).

I think that the real problem could be in the BDA driver, because when I tried to change channel choosing one from a different TP, for example from RAI to Mediaset, using the WinTV application then close it, and then retrying to scan on DD, the found channels were only from that last TP (Mediaset) opened with WinTV few second ago.

In other words, it appears that DD is not able to change the DVB-T frequency in my HVR 4000.

Same idea to solve the problem ?

Help me pls, I like very much DD and I would use it in DVB-T also.

Many thanks in advance.
Byez
