Getting a TwinHan USB Stick to work

Hi,

I am trying to get a TwinHan USB Stick to work with DVBDream.
The BDA driver log shows the following...

I get no channels found when scanning a known frequency.

Any ideas?

What's the operating system you are using?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I could not get the stick to work properly and so returned it for a refund.
