TPs with no signal: 49

Hi, complete newbie here .........
I've got a DVB-T usb stick that works fine using the supplied "BlazeDTV" but when I scan channels using DVB Dream I get no channels...... or at least a message saying "TPs with no signal: 49" ( whatever that means
)
What do I do now please?
