dvbdream stop responding

since i use dvbdream on vista with an usb dvb-t stick PCTV 71e by pinnacle, the software do NOT respond after i try to close it. i need to close it forcely.
can anyone put me in the way to solve this irrritating problem?

i am using bda_all device drivers.
