I have Twinhan VisionDTV Sat Express card (works with other DVB player) but when installing DvbDream I get :

General Hardware Failure
Cannot Initialize DVB Hardware
Error Code: 1
Application will work in Offline Mode

Whats wrong

Twinhan 1020a and 1030a compatible cards should work fine with WDM drivers. (not BDA) I'm not sure about Sat Express. (

A Twinhan driver was missing ... now it is OK
