DVB-T tyner EPG Latvian DTV channel is empty

Hello!
My language is Latvian. Watching DVB-T TV EPG fields are empty. How to be repaired? It is an example of how to do it? Is it possible to correct this problem by using dvb dream 1.4i and 1.5.8 beta? My OS default language is Latvian (default nonUnicod is Latvian). In any other program I can see the correct text in Latvian. Why DVB dream shows the emptiness? What special needs do to be able to see the Latvian text?


From Prog DVB see the text properly.
