DvbDream Crashes

Hi every One, I need your Help.
I have a Skystar 2 PCI dvb card installed on my Windows 7 x32bit Pc all worked fine until I had reinstall my Os, and now ever since I open Dvb Dream and put it on a channet like TF1 or Canal+ it Crashes , I tried several codecs and combinations but the problem is still there ...

Any ideas ? !

No one ever had a similar problem ? I forgot to mention that there's some channels working just fine but others made dvbdream crash, I'm pretty sure that it comes from the codecs but I tried different codecs such as Klite, SD pack and satsuki with no success until now.
