I'm currently running one installation of DD 1.5e that is registered. Its been working so well that Id like to get another tuner in the mix. What Im thinking of doing is implimenting multiple tuners as per the two links below. Basically I would create two installations of DD as per the first link. Bridge them to WMC using DVBlink.

My question is this; would I need to buy an additional license/key for DD for this setup?

No, you wouldn't.
On the same PC, you can install the DD with the same registration key as many times as you want without any limitation
