Hello,
I neade second help!I realy cant figure it out!I will explan me with an exmaple.I have a chanell tha i want to recorder but not sure at what time tarts the program so,when i see it starting i "start" manualy the recording function (as example at 4.00 pm).But i must go out home and the program will finishe at 18 pm so...How and what i neade to do to "tell" dvbdream to stop recording at 18pm save the recorded file and switch off the computer? If i try to set it as normal i do when i know the exately time that i neade to begin to recording then i get an error (and that is normal) because the orogram tell me that the time starting is older rispect the actualy time so...where and what i neade to do?
Thank's
Helen

PS:I have just tryied again and seti it olso if i get error aboiut start time is older ...but at the end of the time i have set it in scheduler (1.35) record channel dont stop and the computer dident switchj of as i have set it.

PS(2):OK i found the solution (half solution).I start manualy recording channel then in scheduler i set the time that will end the program i'm recording and i set the duration "time recording" to 00.00.Like this is ok 100% the stop recording of the program olso if i'm not at home but...i test two times forst time i set that after the program must be closed and the second time that the computer must be switched of but...nothing to do!I sort out the "problem of the question of this post just 50%" so now i neade to know only how to set a simple timer to switch off computer or to jusr close the program.

There is little black triange next to the record button on toolbar. This opens up a drop down menu which you could use to tell DD close after X minutes.
