Help Brand New to this trying to get HD to view properly

Hi Guys, Im brand new to this and looking for some advice please.

I have a Nova HD-S2 card and have installed v1.5e all the SD def channels seem fine out of the box but HD channels break up a bit and jerky.

Running windows 7 quad core pc with a ATI 5450 graphics card.

What codecs should i install or do i need to change graphics card.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

ArcSoft codec works best form me.
Azurewave 1027 dvbs, bda capture driver ver 1.0.2.9 (9/6/2006), tuner driver ver 1.0.3.4 (4/28/2008).
