You can find the older version on Registered Users Area
http://www.dvbdream.org/members/

You might need to install these old versions on a clean windows, if newer versions are installed, this might cause trouble for old versions. or you should try to clean registry and files manually

Could you be more specific about which files and registry entries remain after you uninstall a version of DVBDream using Windows Program Uninstall before installing a new/previous version? I have 1.5f and g installed to troubleshoot why when I upgraded to g I was getting a device code error. I would like to now get rid of 1.5f, but as you suggest, there will be data files and registry entries left that could cause problems for 1.5g.

1) through ms.dos command prompt, in dvb dream folder, try the following command
ddclear.exe clear

This should be enough , but if the things still don't work nice, then continue with the following:

2) delete DVB Dream folder where you installed it on disk
3) clear dvbdream registry keys using the "regedit" Microsoft tool
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DVBDream if 32 bit Windows
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\DVBDream if 64 bit Windows

Thanks for the informative reply.

What is the difference between the uninstall application and ddclear? I assume ddclear removes everything (files, folders, reg entries, program data folders/files, preferences, etc.), whereas uninstall leaves data, reg entries and preferences intact in case the uninstall is followed by an install of a new/different version of DVBdream.

Also, am I correct to assume that ddclear only removes the reg entries, program data folders/files and preferences associated with the instance of DVBdream associated with the folder in which ddclear is located and does not affect any other installation of DVB in another folder?

To summarize:
1. Run uninstall if you want to leave settings, preferences, etc. intact.
2. Run ddclear to wipe everything in preparation for a clean install.
Is this correct?
