Using a DVB-S and DVB-T card at the sane time?

Postby solus » Sat Oct 22, 2011 4:26 am

Hello from a new user.

I an trying to get DVB Dream v1.5g to work with my two installed cards. One card is a Compro Videomate S350 for satellite and the other is a Winfast DTV1000s for terrestial DVB-T.

Both cards work fine with DVB Dream when installed in the machine sepatately. When I install both cards, the drivers are fine and there is n IRQ conflict. However I am sure that both cards are trying to use the BDA device interface.

Is it possible to use this combination? I am running into trouble because I am also running a DISCEQ switch to swap between two lnb's on the same dish.

I fear it may not be possible to do this as both devices are competing for the same device driver?

Many thanks,

Sol.

It should work good, at least in the latest version.

Install DD twice, into 2 different folders and setup both separately, then both should work good at the same time.

This is the latest version changelog:

- Device dialog now lists the devices of the same interface
