I've been trying out the software to see if it will work for me. Like it so far.
Is there a way to setup the satellites I select so I can scan both C & Ku bands?
Any advice will be appreciated!

No unfortunately there is no way to set them up as one satellite.
You might have already probably tried the workaround but I will explain anyway.
You need to create a new transponder ini file for one of the bands (C / Ku)
if satellite is 0100.ini then you can simply create 0101.ini for other band (copy paste the content and delete unnecessary transponders)
then you can define them as different satellites on DD.
