I tried to find search the forum for information about this issue, but only found some not answered comments to the FAQ.

What is required to get DVBDream working in Australia (Brisbane region)? I can scan for DVB-T channels using transponder "4000 - DVB-T Europe" but when i select a channel from the list i just get a black image and no sound.

Any ideas?

ahh if DD could find the channel,
then the rest is easy,
you just need to find a compatible codecs for the video / audio format sent by the channel. Make sure you install H264 and AAC codecs installed.
Are the channels scrambled ? (need to pay to watch ? ) in that case, you need subscription and DVB device with CI.

You should be able to record now and watch through another program. or simply stream to VLC player using DD streaming options.
