TechnoTrend S 2 3650 CI USB , free chan?els in red

I have TechnoTrend S 2 3650 CI USB Box, i installed the latest version DvbDream 2.1a , looks very nice and a loads of features i would say one of the best in the market as i have tried several ones before.
I am using DVB C , Location : Germany, Provider Cable Telecolumbus
Searching : done full scan , found a lot of channels .
Issue i am having : these channels are free " rtl, vox, super rtl, pro7 , sat1 ..etc " are found but in red which means scrambled, but using the same cable socket to my TV they are free and i can watch them.
Do anyone have an idea how to further help, many thanks in advance .

Possible provider may have flagged these as pay.
Sent you message how to record us some streams so we can test with.
