pop up error

Hi everybody
Excuse-me but my English is very poor
I've got a problem with DD.
I've downloaded and installed the lastest version 2.2b.
If I click a DD shortcut then pop up error (picture 1) subsequently pop up error (picture 2) then DD starts OK.
DD works a few seconds only a subsequently pop up (picture 3) and DD shuts down.
I tried to restart PC, reinstall DD, uninstall Visual studio but without results.
I use DVB-S2 card, Sky Star HD2.
OS - Win XP SP2 32 bit.

I can't see anything responsible in log files. maybe some older files left in your installation directory, which are not compatible with new versions
did you try installing DD into another folder / a clean install?
