Verify if Microsoft Visual c++ and .NET framework are installed.

The problem has been resolved
The problem was in the file ( des.dll ) in directory C:\dvbdream ... And I have downloaded another version of the file ( des.dll )
And put it in the program folder ... Then replace the file
the new file of ( des.dll ) in Attachments who wants
