registration key and update software.

Have used and enjoyed the software since purchasing it on 29/09/2011, just tried to update to a latest version of the software, asks for reg key, and does not accept the reg key I was given in an email on 29/09/2011.
Please Help

If you dont remember your password, send me your 2011 serial key in private message or send your login id. You can normally get new serial keys in registered users area of the site.

It is normal, that the Reg-key are blacklistet ?
I pay at 18.07.2014 and become the key and login name. But since yesterday sad the Program it was 30 Day testversion and will have the regkey. i give it and after restart open the program are in double and crash direkt after start. become i a new reg-key that it works ?

ddfix not help
Download&Try ddfix tool in registered users area of
www.dvbdream.org , if that doesnt help, you might have a Windows related problem, I suggest you to try on another PC first to confirm this.
