Usals problem

I have a TBS6925 card.
I have a ' Darkman motor'.
I usually move my dish with my vuduo, but today I thought I would try out the card and have it move the dish.
The result was that it will not move.
No channels are detected.
I have entered my position in usals.
When I select a channel a popup window asks for permission to move the dish, I select yes and another message tells me the dish is moving but it does not.
I run windows 8.1 64 bit.
Is there anything else I must do to get it to work?
I will check again both ends of my coax to make sure they are ok.
