Help please. Registration details lost

Hi, I registered, and paid for, DVB Dream about 2 years ago. Unfortunately recently I had a computer crash and lost most of my data including my registration data for DVB Dream. Can anyone tell me how I can be re-registered, by for example my email address as proof of payment?
