Subtitle Track & EPG Streaming

Hi,
Basically I am trying to stream DVB content through VLC.
That said, let's first talk about the subtitle track.
If I connect my dish on the original box (from sky), I can enable/disable the subtitle track on the remote, so:
1- How do I enable/disable the same subtitle on DVBDREAM?
2- How do I stream the subtitle through VLC? Currently when I stream through VLC the subtitle track is greyed out in it...
About EPG, is there anyway I can stream it, let's say to use it in siptv.eu?
