USB-2104 DVB-S2 DEVICE FILE?

Does anyone have working S2 device file for DVBWORLD USB-2104.
The Links I have found are broken.
I believe an older file was BDA_2009_05_04.rar.

The latest version of DVB Dream doesn't work with DVB-S2 frequencies on USB-2104 ?
Please post your bda.log file from the logs folder where you installed DVB Dream
