hi, can i use dd to send a channel over lan and see it into another pc. how?

nice, and is possible to capture video and send it by videolan?not yet,

not possible as well. videolan can read stream which is broadcasted by any other application no mather where it listens (local PC or some remote host in the lan). so in other words you are perhaps asking the same question again
