No offense. But the internal EPG is less than adequate when outputting the signal to a TV. I read that the new version does not work with DVBEPG or any old modules. Is there any reason to use the new version over an older version that allows those modules?

I have my reasons, dont know what are those for others

a better EPG for TV output would be available with a suitable OSD implementation. (maybe in v1.4 or v1.5, not soon!)
