adapter problem or other thing ?

hello everyone ,
i don't know if i can post my problem here or not , so forgive me if it's not the right place .
my Tevii s662 was working fine with dvb dream , and now it's not working , there is nothing appears only black screen as if it no signal .
when i put the adapter there is no signal ... level 0 quality 0
if i did not put the adapter in my Tevii it gives me level 20 quality 100 but there is no signal also i thing , nothing appears on screen or in scan search .
I hope that my problem had solution or any one saw it before
with adapter
with out adapter , only usb to pc
