Hi.
I have this DVB TBS 5590, instaled DVB Dream in trial version, and don't start, sometime start sometime not.
Cable is direct to LNB, without Diseq.

Make sure you install the latest version and try to use BDA device instead of StreamReader please . (in devices dialog)
Do you have strong enough signal from the satellite dish?

I have posted two image with problem. Only one frecvency. Scan is automatic, not manual.
