TBS-6590, DVB Dream player v3.7.1

I installed the TBS-6590 card, the DVB Dream v3.7.1 player, the active license.Windows 10 pro installed.
When installing CrazyScan and CrazyScan2 I'm giving the error: The code execution can not be run because QtCore4.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
I mentioned that with the DVB Dream v3.5 player I used CrazyScan and CrazyScan2. Now I'm giving the same error to this player.
What should I do ? Thank you.
