Postby Icetech » Tue Dec 05, 2006 10:14 am

Not sure if this is a bug, did a seatch but didnt find anything...

Is anyone able to schedule a recording using dvbepg? I set 3 to record last night and got nothing, so checked today and the epg isn't passing them to the scheduler.. not a big issue.. just curious:)

It's working fine for me. The epg does not pass it to the scheduler it passes it to the Windows Task Scheduler in the Control Panel.

doesn't add anything to the scheduler in control panel, this is in MCE2005 any tricks to make that work?

Honestly I've never played with MCE2005. However, I'm guessing it may be an incompatability with DD and MCE. I've heard alot of people complaining about using DVB-S cards and apps with MCE. Some work and some don't. I'm guessing since DD is in it's development stage that there may be some quirks with MCE. Don't quote me on that though.

I am having the same problem and I am using Winxp pro. Also, this just showed up, it was working fine with the initial release of DVBEPG so I think this is a bug just introduced with the latest version of DVBEPG. I haven't had a chance to go back to the initial version of DVBEPG to confirm.
