anybody know how to write BDA driver?

Anybody knows how to write BDA driver?
particularly, for USB device.

or has anybody seen any sample code for USB BDA driver?
AMD x2 3800+, 2GB RAM, nVidia 6600GT (AGP)
latest BETA nVidia Audio/Video codecs (Cyberlink for H.264)
genpix 8PSK-to-USB2, Twinhan 1020

I do not know how to code at all other than a little MS Access, however I found this at MSDN. It might be a good starting point.
