Help on Sat Cards

I'm currently using a nova t card in my pc for freeview channels via my aerial, however we have a hard wired Sat socket connected to a communial Sat Dish for sky. I have the following questions if anyone could help:

1/ Is there a Sat card that will receive the Free to View Air channels which will take the Sky Viewing Card and work?

2/ If not, would any Sat card pick up another signal based on where the communial sat dish is pointing?

3/ Can i use my current nova-t card with DD?
