hardware failure,only works in offline mode

i hope this is in the right place as never posted b4 but cant find a solution in forum .when i install DvbDream and press finish i get an error cannot initialize dvb hardware code:2.only work in offline mode..tried 5times..i use prog dvb mainly with no probs.. but must say this looks good,wouldn't mind trying it if poss.
