Small pauses on scrooling text:how to avoid them?

On certain channels, that have text scrolling on the bottom of the screen, i get small pauses on that text. They are very annoying 
I've tried all sort of codecs (Nvidia, Elecard, Cyberlink,..) but there is no way i can get ride of them. My cpu usage is at 30% to 40%...Is there no way to avoid this small pauses?
